Join Our Team – Charity Operations Manager
The Pars Foundation is looking for a highly skilled, passionate and committed Charity Operations Manager to join our team and help us deliver our vision of providing the vital support needed to improve life chances across our communities.
Based at KDM Group East End Park, the Charity Operations Manager will play a key role in developing, coordinating and delivering projects and initiatives across Dunfermline and West Fife. Working alongside our team and a wide range of partners, you will help create accessible and sustainable opportunities that support people to live more active, healthy and aspirational lives.
We are looking for someone with experience of developing and delivering successful community projects, building strong partnerships and making a positive difference to people's lives.
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

Sessional Contractor / Community Coach
The Pars Foundation is looking for energetic, passionate, and committed football coaches to help deliver our Community Football Programmes across Dunfermline & West Fife. Working with players from 18 months and up, you’ll inspire, engage, and make a real difference in people’s lives. This role offers flexible hours (2–20 per week), £13–£15 per hour, and opportunities for development, club perks, and progression within a dedicated team.
