The Pars Foundation delivers its Early Kick Off programme at St Leonard’s Primary School, providing pupils with a healthy breakfast and a physical activity session before the school day begins. Taking place in the mornings, the programme is designed to help pupils start the day in a positive way—ensuring they are fuelled, active, and ready to learn. The breakfast session is followed by a range of fun, engaging activities led by Pars Foundation staff, with a focus on movement, coordination, and teamwork.

The Pars Foundation is proud to launch our Autism Sensory Packs, ensuring no fan is left behind. We know that for some supporters with autism or other neurodiverse needs, attending a match can feel overwhelming—the crowds, noise, lights, and new surroundings can all add pressure. Our sensory packs are designed to make the experience more comfortable, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone.

Golden Pars

Every week the Pars Foundation invites the over 55’s to partake in a Club that makes for a casual atmosphere and encourages members to socialise and enjoy the sessions put on by the friendly staff. Over the 90 minutes a wide variety of activities including chair-based exercises are offered to encourage physical activity for those wanting to keep fit. If that’s not for you, not to worry, as members are welcome to attend simply for the interaction, newspapers, arts and crafts and free refreshments.
