Miss playing football but not quite up for the full-speed version anymore? Walking Football is the perfect way to stay active, meet others, and enjoy the game at a pace that works for you.
Open to anyone aged 40 and over, these sessions are all about keeping fit, having fun, and enjoying the social side of sport. No running, no heavy contact — just football with a slower stride.
Whether you’ve played before or just fancy giving it a go, everyone’s welcome. Come for the game, stay for the banter.
