Fitter, Healthier, Happier

The Football Fans in Training (FFIT) program is delivered by the Pars Foundation in partnership with the SPFL Trust, offering separate cohorts for men and women. FFIT is a health and wellbeing initiative that helps participants improve fitness, build confidence, and adopt healthier lifestyles through a combination of physical activities, nutrition education, and personal development. The supportive group environment encourages friendships and mutual motivation, helping everyone involved stay on track and reach their goals.

Who Can Take Part?

To be eligible for FFIT, you must be:

  • Aged 35 to 65 years old

  • Have a waist size of 38 inches or more, or a belly size of at least 40 inches

  • Ready to make positive, lasting changes to your health

What Do You Get from FFIT?

  • A structured and proven 13-week programme

  • Guided sessions led by trained staff

  • Advice on healthy eating and behaviour change

  • Group exercise tailored to your level

  • A supportive and fun team environment

  • Long-term improvements in fitness, confidence, and wellbeing
