Positive Mental Health Programme for Young People

The Pars Foundation are delighted to launch a new positive mental health football programme aimed at males aged 16-25 years old.

‘Keep Kicking On’ will invite young people to play football in a relaxed environment and tackle stigmas associated to mental health.

Post match we will give young people the space to speak and have the opportunity to use football as the catalyst to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
