Pars BEAT is a follow-on program to FFIT, welcoming both men and women to participate together. This health and wellbeing group is designed to help participants continue growing in confidence, fitness, and personal development. Through a variety of engaging activities, challenges, and supportive peer connections, Pars BEAT encourages participants to explore their full potential—physically, mentally, and socially. This inclusive group fosters a strong sense of community while promoting lasting healthy habits.
When: Tuesdays, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
