Kelly Armstrong

Kelly has been part of the Pars Foundation for 19 years and currently serves as General Manager. Her journey through the organisation began as a volunteer, progressing through multiple roles before taking on overall leadership of the foundation’s operations and strategy.

With nearly two decades of experience in community development, Kelly has played a key role in shaping programmes. Kelly has been passionate about creating meaningful social impact that promotes equality, wellbeing, and community opportunity. is particularly passionate about leading initiatives that reduce inequalities and create lasting social impact through sport and education.

Kelly enjoys the variety her role brings — from strategic planning and partnership building to supporting day-to-day projects that make a difference locally. She values working within a mission-driven organisation that reflects her personal commitment to fairness, care, and community.

Outside of work, Kelly’s favourite personal moment would be the birth of her son, and she enjoys spending time with her family, having adventures, travelling, and always looking for new places to explore and recharge.

Courtney Wedlock

Courtney joined the foundation in March 2025 as the Project Officer. As the Project Officer, she looks after the programmes that are included within the categories of health and wellbeing, Community and Inclusion and Education/Employability.

Before moving into the foundation, Courtney completed her music degree and is now a qualified FFIT Trainer. Alongside her role, she also instructs children and assists at Evolution Martial Arts. A first-degree black belt in Mirae Kuk Sool, Courtney brings her passion for fitness and community engagement into her work.

She enjoys working with people from all walks of life, supporting them in areas ranging from fitness and weight loss to school support, and values the relationships built along the way. Since joining, her highlight has been putting on and delivering the first Pars Creative Camp to help make a display for the first home game of the season. Outside of work, Courtney continues to practice and teach martial arts.

Garry Wright

Garry joined the Pars Foundation in 2013 and now works as a Senior Football Development Officer. A UEFA qualified coach, Garry brings a wealth of experience from across the Scottish game, including time at the Pars Foundation, Dunfermline Athletic Academy since 2016, St Andrews United between 2021–2025, and his current role as Assistant Manager at Cupar Hearts.

Within the Pars Foundation Garry's role includes leading the boys section of our community club, being the manager for the Women's First Team, and helps deliver a number of sessions through our Football for All Section.

Among his proudest achievements is working at Dunfermline Athletic FC, where his commitment to developing players has been a highlight of his career. Within his role, he enjoys nothing more than being fully immersed in football and seeing players grow and succeed.

A standout memory is watching the 2006 team win both league and cup, while outside of the foundation, leading St Andrews United to back-to-back promotions remains a career highlight.

Away from football, his real passion is horse racing, which he follows closely alongside his coaching.

Tom Milne

Tom joined the Pars Foundation in August 2019 and currently works as a Football Development Officer. He holds a UEFA C Licence (currently working on his B licence) and an HNC in Coaching and Developing Sport, combining his qualifications with six years of hands-on coaching experience.

Before joining the foundation full-time, Tom spent 18 months with Active Fife, where he supported local sports programmes and community initiatives. Since then, he has continued to develop as a coach, focusing on helping others grow their skills and building strong technical and personal foundations in young players.

Tom’s favourite part of his role is seeing players celebrate their progress and enjoy the game — moments that remind him why he loves what he does. Outside of work, he enjoys playing football, attending Newcastle United matches, and spending time with his family.

Ryan Wilson

Ryan joined the Pars Foundation in December 2021 as a Sessional Coach. His coaching journey began while still at school, when in S5 he coached the S1s, sparking a passion that has grown into over four years with the foundation. Starting as a volunteer, Ryan steadily worked his way up to leading his own team and classes.

He holds an HNC/HND in Sports Coaching, alongside SFA 1.3 qualifications in both Children’s and Youth & Adults coaching and is especially proud of achieving his HND. Ryan enjoys seeing kids develop their skills and, most importantly, having fun through football.

A favourite memory away from work is watching Rangers 0-2 Motherwell in the League Cup semi-final, where Louis Moult’s double remains an unforgettable highlight. Outside of coaching, Ryan is a devoted Motherwell FC supporter, following the club home and away every week.
