The PARS Foundation is proud to celebrate an inspiring achievement by one of our community champions – Alana, who has officially completed her ambitious 5K a Day in May challenge. Throughout the entire month of May, Alana laced up her running shoes and ran 5 kilometres every single day — a physical, mental, and emotional challenge that pushed her limits and raised vital funds for our Walk and Talk groups in Dunfermline. In total, Alana ran over 150 kilometres and raised a remarkable £455, all in support of improving mental health through connection, movement, and the outdoors.
