Early Kick Off

The Pars Foundation delivers its Early Kick Off programme at St Leonard’s Primary School, providing pupils with a healthy breakfast and a physical activity session before the school day begins. Taking place in the mornings, the programme is designed to help pupils start the day in a positive way—ensuring they are fuelled, active, and ready to learn. The breakfast session is followed by a range of fun, engaging activities led by Pars Foundation staff, with a focus on movement, coordination, and teamwork.

The Pars Foundation are delighted to launch a new positive mental health football programme aimed at males aged 16-25 year old. ‘Keep Kicking On’ will invite young people to play football in a relaxed environment and tackle stigmas associated to mental health. The Changing Room brings men aged 30–65 together to focus on mental health and wellbeing — using football as the starting point. Over a free 12-week programme, you’ll be part of a small group of men, sharing a bit of banter, getting involved in football-based activities like stadium tours, walking football, pitch-side walks, quizzes and guest speakers — while also having space to talk about the stuff that really matters.

Football Memories is a unique, welcoming group designed specifically for individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s and their carers. Using football-related memorabilia such as photographs, videos, and matchday programmes, this group encourages participants to reminisce, share stories, and engage in quizzes and conversations about the game they love. Held in a safe and relaxed environment at East End Park, the sessions are supported by trained staff and volunteers who create a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
